We offer expert advice on defending any claim bought in the Employment Tribunal including for unfair dismissal, discrimination and TUPE.  We can help to prepare Tribunal documents and witness statements, Tribunal preparation and representation and will, of course, carefully assess the strength of a claim.

Negotiated exits

Employers now have more flexibility to discuss an employee’s negotiated exit from the organisation.  However, care still needs to be taken and, in order to avoid the risk of a claim in the Employment Tribunal, the agreement must be set out in a formal Settlement Agreement.

TUPE / Corporate matters

We can advise in detail on employment matters arising due to TUPE transfers and corporate sales and restructuring.
