Debra is a Senior Solicitor in our Family Department.

Debra Jackson is a Senior Solicitor in our Family Department.  She has over 15 years’ experience in family law.

Debra deals with all areas of family law, and has particular experience in dealing with problems arising for couples who are unmarried.  Debra’s expertise covers a wide range of clients, including those with agricultural assets, and complex family business structures.

Debra is known for her empathetic and calm approach, and although she is more than willing to proceed through the Courts if required, she will endeavour to achieve a good outcome for her clients through negotiation where possible.  She is a strong believer in Non-Court Dispute Resolution and will work with clients to find the best way forward for their individual circumstances.
