Emma Carr - Senior solicitor
Emma qualified in 2009 and is a senior solicitor based in our York office.
She has a background of dealing with personal injury claims, litigation and crime.
Her experience focuses on serious injuries after road traffic accidents involving motorcyclists, pedestrians and cyclists. She also deals with claims against employers, against the council, trips on the highway and fatality claims.
She recognises how important it is to navigate clients through the challenges that traumatic and sometimes life changing injuries can bring.
She also has experience in general civil litigation including neighbour disputes, defamation claims, rental disputes and debt recovery.
