Carolina Sunen - Trainee solicitor
Carolina is a Trainee Solicitor based at our York office.
Carolina is a trainee solicitor working across our Property and Private Client teams.
Carolina joined Newtons in 2022 and has experience acting on freehold, leasehold, unregistered, shared ownership and retirement property transactions; as well as loans secured on property and declarations of trust.
Having studied Economics, Philosophy and Politics at the University of York, Carolina went on to achieve a high distinction from the University of Law.
Carolina is fluent in Spanish, her property background and interest in cross-border matters mean she is well placed to help clients whose estates and succession planning involve second homes and other assets overseas (including yachts!).
