Hayley Edwards is a Senior Solicitor and Director in our Family Department with over 20 years experience.
Hayley deals with all work in connection with the breakdown of a marriage or relationship, with particular expertise advising on and assisting with financial settlements.
Her experience includes:
- All aspects of family law relating to the breakdown of a marriage or relationship. This includes divorce, judicial separation, separation deeds and the dissolution of civil partnership agreements.
- Representing clients with mid-range assets, with particular expertise in dealing with high net worth clients whose cases involve complex matters such as business interests, trusts, pensions and asset tracing.
- Prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements – particularly since the case of Radmacher v Granatino (2010), when the Supreme Court decided that the court should accept prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
- Regularly advising clients on the financial implications of cohabitation, whether parties are intending to cohabit or have already separated.
