Will is a solicitor working in our commercial team.

William is a Company Commercial Solicitor based in our York office. Having qualified in 2022, he advises a diverse client base ranging from private individuals and owner-managed businesses to local and nationwide businesses across a variety of sectors.

William provides pragmatic, commercially focused advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

His experience includes:

• business acquisitions and disposals;
• corporate restructuring;
• employee incentive plans;
• company restorations;
• shareholders’ agreement and partnership agreements (including farming partnerships);
• private lending; and
• shareholder and director disputes.

He also advises on a range of commercial matters, including the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts.
