So I’ve been asked the question, is there anything that I would have done differently? My answer to that is not a thing. There have been some bad decisions along the way, some decisions that I regret making but that’s just part of being in business.
Accept them, forgive yourself for being human. If I had developed a business plan 16, 17 years ago when we started the business saying that where we are now is what I wanted to achieve, you’d have laughed at me.
