Cannot recommend strongly enough. Carolyn was excellent throughout the process. Excellent communication, guidance and support. They were proactive, chasing responses from others and keeping things moving. Even when she wasn't in the office the handover was seamless to Kelly and Charlotte (for the very last point of completion :-)). Excellent high quality service all round.
