We had a wonderful experience dealing with Carolyn Greenwood, Kelly Teal and Sophie Barton from the Knaresborough office whilst they handled a conveyancing matter for us. We were blown away by the professionalism, warmth and care with which they engaged in our case. I initially chose Newtons ( Thirsk ) as they are local and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I has an extremely quick need to complete and they actually exceeded the date making my life so much easier. They were compassionate to my situation and worked hard to meet the time scale. Could not recommend Newtons strongly enough! Liz, and particularly Emma, have been absolute stars through a somewhat chaotic house selling and purchasing process over the past 7 months. While many things about this process have not been ideal, the one constant that we were extremely grateful for was that we were with Newtons.
